CRMUG UK Birmingham September Meeting

It’s not too late to register for the next Birmingham CRMUG UK meeting on 13th September 2017!

We have two great speakers lined up plus plenty of time to meet other people working with Dynamics 365 / CRM in the Midlands, plus there’s complimentary food and drinks! What’s not to like?

Our first speaker is Sophie Loor, who works at the Legal Ombudsman in Birmingham. Sophie has been working with CRM for many years and is kindly sharing her experience of what works when trying to get users to adopt a new system (or keep using an existing one!)

Our second speaker is none other than the chair of CRMUG UK, Sarah Critchley.  Sarah, a Microsoft MVP for Dynamics business solutions, will run through some of the key features of the upcoming 9.0 release for Dynamics 365 (previously known as the ‘July’ release.)  This update introduces some important changes and new functionality and Sarah is hoping to get the go-ahead from Microsoft to show us some of it live – we can’t wait!

Registration

This meeting is free to attend and is open to anyone who uses Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM.

Registration is still open for this meeting – visit the event page at CRMUG.com, or if you prefer, register on meetup.com

Location

Once again, the great people at Birmingham Chamber of Commerce are hosting us.  They are located at:

Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce
75 Harborne Road
Birmingham
B15 3DH

There is ample car parking on site, or the Chamber of Commerce is only a short walk (weather permitting) from the city centre, bus and train stations.

We look forward to seeing you there!
